A reopening timeframe is currently planned for on or before March 1, 2021. The seasonal closure will be used to conduct annual maintenance on several attractions and areas of the park at the same time. The park reopened to guests on June 5, 2020 after an extended closure for COVID-19.

Universal is working with guests who have purchased tickets to visit Volcano Bay during this timeframe, as well as those with Annual Passes affected by this closure. If you need assistance, you can visit Guest Services at Universal Studios Florida or Universal’s Islands of Adventure or call (877) 801-9720, and continue to check UniversalOrlando.com for updates.
