Just for Mardis Gras, the festival will add specialty food, including banana fosters beignets, shrimp and andouille sausage jambalaya, and frozen hurricanes. If we had to guess, we’d say Gulf Coast Market, (located near Wild Arctic Encounter), where the standard versions of these items are sold throughout the entire festival.
Entertainment during Mardi Gras will include a pop-up parade in Wild Arctic Plaza, taking place each event date at 12:30*, 2:30, 4, and 5:30 p.m.
Wild Arctic Plaza will also be home to a street party, while Brazil Marketplace near Pipeline will host samba dancers and live music.
*No 12:30 parade on Feb. 13, 2024.
