Sip and savor at SeaWorld San Antonio’s Bier Fest
Bier Fest returns to SeaWorld San Antonio from August 12 – September 11, 2022, plus Labor Day, bringing an Oktoberfest vibe to the park through 75 beers and bites.
Like Bier Fest at its sister park, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, SeaWorld San Antonio’s event offers more than 50 domestic beers and 19 international biers, which makes toasting the waning days of summer easy, especially when paired with the festival’s bounty of bites.
While beer selections are for those ages 21 and up only, families can enjoy Oktoberfest-style live entertainment, including the sounds of the West Coast Prost polka band.
The Alpine Express Show performers also bring a Bavarian vibe to the stage in a traditional German-inspired stage show.
Bier Fest brews and bites
Enjoy a taste of Germany with samplings of Spatan Lager, Optimater, Dunkel, Franzekaner Hefe, and Pilsner Urquell.
More interested in the domestic craft beer scene? Opt for Busted Sandal, Brewing Boston Beer, Four Corners Brewing Company, and Ranger Creek.
America’s oldest brewing company, Yuengling, will be at the festival on select dates, with their vintage truck and on-tap servings of the brewery’s Traditional Lager, Flight, and Oktoberfest beers.
Pair favorite brews with food items, including traditional German bratwurst, Hofbrau chicken bratwurst, beer cheese spaetzle with sauteed onions, potato pancakes, apple strudel, pork or chicken schnitzel, and giant pretzels.
Bier Fest takes place each Friday – Sunday and is included with park admission. Brews and bites are extra, and a Bier Fest sampling lanyard streamlines purchasing. Lanyards allow guests to choose up to 10 seven-ounce samples for $40.
