Sony Pictures is hosting the first studio drive-in movie experience
Starting on Aug. 14, 2020, movie fans will get the rare opportunity to watch a movie where some of the most iconic Hollywood movies were made: The historic Sony Pictures lot in Culver City, Calif.
Located in the studio’s Thalberg parking lot, the first high-end dual big-screen drive-in experience hosted by a major studio will take place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights at 8 p.m. PT, and will showcase favorite blockbusters from the Sony Pictures library, including “Ghostbusters” (1984), “Karate Kid” (1984), “Men in Black” (1997), “Once Upon A Time…In Hollywood,” “Spider-Man: Far From Home,” and “Jumanji: The Next Level.”
Instead of a traditional movie premiere, a screening of the upcoming Tristar Pictures/Stage 6 Films’ romantic comedy “The Broken Hearts Gallery” will also be hosted in this outdoor space.
