The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World has reopened to guests with new health-oriented treatments for the face and body, as well as Vitality drips.

The Spa team has introduced a new collaboration with Dr. Olga Ivanov of The IV Lounge in Orlando to offer on-site “Vitality Drips.” Intravenous hydration and vitamin injections, aimed at improving energy levels and fighting fatigue, are now offered to guests at The Spa, as both an individual treatment or an add-on to a spa routine. Different IV blends can offer various benefits, and are recommended based on the guest’s health needs.

Guests can also get an immune boost by opting for a vitamin injection, like a B12 shot to increase energy and promote detoxification.

The drips are priced between $150-225 and and injections are $50, and are administered by a registered nurse. Appointments are required to receive the treatment.

Also offered at The Spa is a type of touchless therapy, the Vibrational Sound Therapy massage. Instead of receiving the treatment via a therapist’s hands, the vibrations that come from metal bowls perform the “massage.”

“In traditional massage there is pressure and movement, whereas with sound therapy the guest is able to be still, with the movement of the bowls placed around and on one’s body,” said Derek Hofmann, senior director of The Spa. “The body will feel massaged in a deeper, yet gentler way. After the treatment, guests feel very refreshed, with a renewed sense of wellbeing and energy.”

The Spa offers 18 treatment rooms, including six couples’ suites. The Salon has two salon stations, as well as a private treatment room that offers hair care, manicures and pedicures.

At this time, all Spa guests undergo a secondary temperature check and verbal wellness screening before entering the facilities. Guests must wear a face mask throughout all areas of The Spa and Salon, including during the treatments — with the exception of facials.

All Spa and Salon team members will be wearing masks and/or protective face shields. Floor markers will be provided in certain areas to help with social distancing, and staff is on-site for frequent and enhanced cleaning.
