A new “Stranger Things” pop-up is now open to hotel guests at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort for Halloween Horror Nights.
This pop-up features two fun photo-ops: the Byers’ iconic living-room and the Scoops Ahoy ice cream shop.
The pop-up is open from 2 p.m. – 10 p.m. now through Oct. 31, and is free for Universal Orlando hotel guests. Guests must show their room key to gain access to the pop-up; Cabana Bay guests will receive priority access, while guests staying at other Universal Orlando hotels can wait in a standby line.
In the Scoops Ahoy section, there are props and standees that make for a perfect photo-op.
But in the Byers’ living room, you’ll find an extra surprise. Hidden inside the ashtray on the table, guests can find a hidden button. Press it, and the Christmas lights on the wall will spell out “RUN” and a Demogorgon will make itself known!
You can experience seasons 2 and 3 of Netflix’s “Stranger Things” in this year’s all-new maze at Halloween Horror Nights.
Halloween Horror Nights runs on select nights now through Nov. 2 at Universal Orlando. To learn more, or to purchase tickets, visit Orlando.HalloweenHorrorNights.com.
