Summer brings limited time food and fun to Knott’s Berry Farm
With summer officially in full swing, Knott’s Berry Farm has introduced lots of specialty food offerings in addition to their summer entertainment. Plus, the reimagined Fiesta Village is now open for all to enjoy.
If there’s one thing that makes Knott’s Berry Farm stand out above the competition, it’s their constantly changing food offerings throughout the different seasons and holidays. Summer time at Knott’s doesn’t disappoint with enough options to please even the pickiest of eaters in your group. Here is a sampling of the summertime foods available at Knotts.
The Chicken Spring Roll with Peanut Sauce found at the Wrap Booth near Calico Mine Stage is a refreshing and light option for those hot summer days. If you’re a fan of Thai peanut sauce, you’re sure to love the dipping side that comes with this wrap.
If your tastebuds are looking for a bit of heat to go along with the summer heat, give the Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit Sandwich with Pickles and Garlic Aioli a try. You can find this selection at the Wilderness Broiler. These “buns” aren’t your regular sized biscuits, so don’t think of this sandwich as a slider. It is a full-blown sandwich meal with a side of french fries.
One of the newest permanent food locations at Knott’s is Prop Shop Pizzeria. There you’ll find a Chicken, Pesto, and Sundried Tomato Flatbread. These individually sized flatbreads are enough for a one person meal, or plenty to split with a friend if you’re looking for a snack.
With so many food options available at Knott’s, be sure and save some space in your belly for dessert. You won’t want to miss the Mini Fruity Pebbles Funnel Cake. But don’t let the word “mini” in the name fool you. There are plenty of sweets here for a group to enjoy. Keep in mind that some of the summer food offerings are only available on certain days and at certain times. If you’re looking to go on a food hop around Knott’s, do your research in advance if you want specific items.
Between meals, there’s plenty of entertainment to enjoy around Knott’s this summer. Ghost Town Alive has returned and is entertaining guests of all ages. This interactive roleplay adventure takes place throughout the daytime. Guests have the opportunity to take part in the story, or simply observe. Ghost Town Alive ends each day with a hoedown leading “players” in a march throughout the Ghost Town streets.
As the sun sets on Ghost Town Alive, the lights shine bright on Calico Mine Stage as different musical acts entertain each evening. Live music fans will love this opportunity to grab some favorite bites, sit at a picnic table, and take in the music.
On those days when the sun is just too hot to be walking around a theme park, consider spending a day just steps away at Knott’s Soak City. This water park requires separate admission from Knott’s Berry Farm.
