Kendrick Lamar to perform Super Bowl 2025 Halftime Show
Whether you watch the Super Bowl specifically for the Halftime Show … whether you’re considering making a trip to watch the game in person … or whether you simply enjoy the spectacle of a big-budget spectacle, we’ve got news: Kendrick Lamar will perform the Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show on Feb. 9, 2025.
The game and Halftime Show will broadcast live on Fox from Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, La., the home turf of the New Orleans Saints. Apple Music, the NFL, and entertainment company Roc Nation announced the Lamar as the Halftime Show artist on Sept. 8, 2024.
“Rap music is still the most impactful genre to date,” Lamar said in a press release. “And I’ll be there to remind the world why. They got the right one.”
This will mark Lamar’s second appearance in a Super Bowl Halftime Show, following his 2022 performance alongside Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and Mary J. Blige. Rihanna followed in 2023; Usher in 2024. Halloween Horror Nights star The Weeknd was 2021’s headliner.
Tickets for Super Bowl LIX
Super Bowl 2025 tickets are now available through On Location, starting at $7,450. Resell tickets will be available at a later date through The NFL Ticket Exchange by Ticketmaster.

Remembering when Epcot headlined the Super Bowl Halftime Show

Promoting Walt Disney World’s Millennium Celebration, the production was anchored by Christina Aguilera, Enrique Iglesias, and Toni Braxton performing songs from Epcot’s “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth” fireworks show, Phil Collins performing songs from the just-released “Tarzan,” appearances by Epcot’s “Tapestry of Nations” parade performers, narration by Edward James Olmos, and a special introduction featuring Sorcerer Mickey Mouse atop Spaceship Earth.
