Taste dishes from Chef José Andrés’ docuseries in Disney Springs
The docuseries, “José Andrés and Family in Spain,” shows the chef returning to his Spanish roots as he and his three daughters travel, cook, and explore various regions of his homeland, and diners at his restaurants can “travel along.”

Guests at Jaleo at Disney Springs in Orlando, Fla., can taste some of Chef José Andrés’ recipes from the show, including his spin on traditional Spanish dishes and a few of the restaurant’s signature favorites. Reservations are suggested and can be made here.
Here are a few of the delicious dishes on the menu:
Croquetas de Pollo, from Episode One. These chicken fritters are the specialty of the house.
Gazpacho de emolacha queso de cabra, from Episode Two, is a red beet gazpacho with goat cheese, oranges, and pistachios.
Patatas Bravas, from Episode Three, is a Jaleo favorite, consisting of fried potatoes with spicy tomato sauce and aioli.
