This April, The Edison at Disney Springs will start its “Burger of the Month” series. Each month, the restaurant will unveil a different burger that will be served exclusively during that month.
For April, guests can celebrate National Toasted Cheese Month with The Edison’s “Farmhouse and Cheese Burger.”
The burger includes layers of fontina, gruyere, munster and alpine swiss for a gooey flavor, and their signature blend of sirloin, brisket, shortrib and smoked bacon settled between four slices of bread to create a double-decker sandwich. In-season Florida tomatoes top off the sandwich with a fresh taste, straight from local farms.
This limited time offering can be paired with Founders IPA or The Billionaire cocktail, which includes Knob Creek Bourbon, Agnostura Bitters, Brevans Abssinthe, simple syrup, lemon juice and grenadine.
