The Unofficial Disney Parks Epcot Cookbook has just been released

Ashley Craft, author of The Unofficial Disney Parks Cookbook, released her second book today, June 14, 2022, this time featuring 100 recipes inspired by global foods and beverages at Walt Disney World’s Epcot park.

Recreate favorite snacks, meals, and drinks from the pavilions and festivals in Epcot right in your own home, including dishes such as:

Appetizers and snacks, such as House-Made Hummus Fries inspired by the Morocco pavilion and Soupe á L’oignon Gratinée (French Onion Soup) from the France pavilion.

Entrees such as Margherita Pizzas from the Italy pavilion, vegan BBQ Jackfruit Burgers from the American Adventure pavilion, and an Epcot International Food & Wine Festival favorite, Gourmet Macaroni and Cheese with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese topped with Herbed Panko.
