Toys “R” Us Adventure interactive playgrounds coming to Atlanta and Chicago

Dive into the worlds of Paw Patrol, Melissa & Doug, and more at the new Toys “R” Us Adventure.

Their colorful stores may have closed, but the iconic toy store brand is coming back to Atlanta and Chicago in the form of limited-time Toys “R” Us Adventure interactive playgrounds.

Toys “R” Us and Candytopia have teamed up to present an all-new, totally immersive, experience. The Toys “R” Us Adventure is an indoor playland that celebrates all the whimsy, silly and fun of toys. Guests will explore eight rooms with installations designed around well-know toy brands like Paw Patrol and Melissa & Doug.

Visitors will be able to trek through a Schleich safari, show off their medieval moves in a disco castle, test their house-building skills in a fairytale come to life, and more.

The new Toys “R” Us attractions will debut on October 24 in downtown Chicago near Water Tower, where it will run through January 26, 2020. The Atlanta location will open October 25 at the Lenox Marketplace in Buckhead, and run through January 5. Operating hours are 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Monday-Saturday, 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Sunday.

A trip through the Toys “R” Us Adventure will last a little over an hour, and cost $28 for adults, or $20 for kids ages 4-12 (3 and under are free).
