Universal CityWalk Hollywood is partnering with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health to host a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination site for two weekends this month.
The vaccination site is now open from noon to 6 p.m. through Sunday, June 13, and will also be open on Friday, June 18 through Thursday, June 24. The Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are being administered by Curative at the pop-up.
Self-parking is free for guests who arrive at Universal CityWalk with proof of confirmed appointments. Walk-ups and appointments will be available at this vaccination site and guests can click here to schedule an appointment in advance.
Those who receive the Pfizer vaccine will schedule their second appointment during the first vaccine dose administered on-site at Universal CityWalk. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine requires only one dose.
Guests visiting for their vaccination are requested to bring a government-issued ID and their insurance card. These will not be required for the vaccination, except for minors, who are required to bring a government-issued photo ID (or, as an alternative, a birth certificate and the minor’s school ID). Minors must be accompanied by an adult for vaccination.
The first 100 guests each day the vaccination site is open who receive a dose will get a voucher for a complimentary pre-selected treat from Voodoo Doughnut — which must be redeemed on the same day.
Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal CityWalk and NBCUniversal team members and their families are invited to take advantage of the vaccination site with exclusive hours for them for walk-ups only, from 10 a.m. to noon daily during the pop-up’s run. Employees will need to show a valid work ID and self-parking will be free to employees. Family members must be accompanied by the employee.
