Universal Orlando begins hiring for spring break season

Universal Orlando is now hiring more than 1,500 new Team Members for full-time, part-time, seasonal and professional opportunities across the entire resort for the spring break season.

Positions are available in all areas including Attractions, Food Services, Culinary, Merchandise, Custodial, Warehouse, Entrance Operations, Sales and more. Base hourly pay for Team Members now starts at $13.

Universal Orlando is also hiring more Lifeguards for Universal’s Volcano Bay. Soon, Universal Orlando will host specific hiring events for these positions. New hourly rates for Lifeguards start at $13.25 for Aquatic Attractions Lifeguards and up to $14.50 for Deep Water Lifeguards.
