Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights 2024 dates, tickets, and merch
Universal Orlando Resort announced dates and ticketing for Halloween Horror Nights 2024, and this year the event will start earlier than ever: in August.
The following information pertains to Halloween Horror Nights 2024 (or HHN 33, or simply HHN) at Universal Studios Florida. Details about the 2024 event for Universal Studios Hollywood have not been announced.
HHN Houses and Scare Zones
Universal confirmed Halloween Horror Nights 2024 will feature:
- 10 haunted houses
- 5 scare zones
- A live show
Themes, characters, and stories for this year’s attractions are still under wraps.
HHN Calendar
HHN will operate every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from Aug. 30 – Nov. 3, 2024. Event operating hours are 6:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.
Halloween Horror Nights 2024 event dates:
- Aug. 30-31, 2024
- Sept. 1, 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, and 25-29, 2024
- Oct. 2-6, 9-13, 16-20, 23-27, and 30-31, 2024
- Nov. 1–3, 2024
HHN Tickets
A single-night ticket to Halloween Horror Nights 2024 starts at $83, with prices based on event date. This year, an HHN ticket purchase comes with six months of the Peacock streaming service for free. At this time, multi-night tickets (Frequent Fear) are not yet available.

Universal Orlando annual passholders with the Premier Pass tier receive one free HHN ticket, valid on select nights.
HHN Express Passes
An Express Pass grants the guest front-of-line access to all 10 haunted houses at HHN. Express Passes for Halloween Horror Nights 2024 start at $130 in addition to the event admission price.

HHN R.I.P. Tour
The Halloween Horror Nights R.I.P. Tour is a guided walking tour with front-of-line access to all 10 haunted houses and more perks throughout the entire evening. For 2024, the R.I.P. Tour starts at $360 per guest in addition to the event admission price.

See Haunted Houses Two Weeks Early
The Behind-the-Screams: Unmasking the Horror Tour takes place during Universal Studios Florida’s regular operating day (in other words, not during Halloween Horror Nights) and provides guests with a backstage, lights-on peek at some of the event’s haunted houses and the creative process behind HHN.
A three-house tour starts at $100, and will take place select dates starting Aug. 11, 2024 — over two weeks before the first HHN event night of the season. A six-house tour starts at $180 and will take place select dates starting Aug. 31, 2024.
Both three-house and six-house tour prices are in addition to daytime park admission to Universal Studios Florida.

HHN Merch Now Available
Merchandise for Halloween Horror Nights 2024 is now available online and in-person at Universal Orlando as part of the “Where Horror Lives” collection.
Items include a steel tumbler ($27), a hat ($30), and an adult t-shirt ($33).
