Universal Orlando launches ‘Discover Universal’ trip-planning hub
Get ready to “Discover Universal” with the all-new trip-planning platform that provides everything you’ll need to guarantee an awesome Universal Orlando Resort vacation.
The new platform launching today showcases the resort’s amazing experiences through entertaining and informative content, including a first-ever vacation-planning podcast that runs down the “must-dos,” “must-eats,” “must-rides,” (and, most importantly, “how-tos”) when planning a trip to Universal Orlando. In addition, the hub’s all-new original video series will highlight different experiences across the resort, from what to eat to where to stay to what to ride.
One of the new series, “Ride Guys,” is co-hosted by Mike Carr, who previously hosted our very own Attractions Show. Watch Mike in action here:
“Discover Universal” Original Series Include:
- Ride Guys (Debuts Feb. 17, 2022; new episodes released monthly) – Mike and Dylan – AKA The “Ride Guys” – will take viewers on a tour through the top rides at Universal Orlando, including showing what the actual ride experience is like. They’ll also answer specific attraction-related questions.
- The Discover Universal Podcast (Intro episode available Feb. 18, 2022; new bi-weekly episodes beginning Feb. 22, 2022) – Hosts will discuss the tips, tricks, and “must-know” information to help guests plan their best vacation ever.
- Dine & Ride (Debuts May 2022; new episodes released monthly) – Learn more about the food and beverage offerings throughout Universal Orlando.
- Checked In (Debuts May 2022) – A fun tour of the lobby, rooms, pool, and amenities of Universal Orlando’s eight themed hotels (one hotel highlighted in each episode).
“Discover Universal” will provide helpful guides, first-hand guest stories, sample itineraries, recipes, photography, and more. New content will be added throughout the year, and the platform will also expand to include Universal Studios Hollywood.
