Universal Orlando’s Social Media Engagement Center to answer guest questions via Twitter and Facebook
Social media is a great way for fans to connect with their favorite celebrities, restaurants and more. Now Universal Orlando Resort is stepping up their interaction with guests and fans online by personally answering their questions.
Every Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern standard time, the Universal Orlando social media team will be actively engaging with people on Facebook and Twitter, answering questions and responding to posts. They have partnered with the Guest Services team to provide a cohesive social media presence.
No other Florida theme park is personally answering Twitter and Facebook questions on a regular basis. Although Disneyland does on their @DisneylandToday account.
