Universal Orlando Resort’s beloved Tribute Store has a new look for the summer.
For a limited time this summer season, the Tribute Store inside Universal Studios Florida is themed after iconic 1980s films “Jaws,” “Back to the Future,” and “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial.”
The souvenir shop near the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit coaster in the New York section of the park is themed like an ’80s movie theater. Each room is themed after each of these three movies and even plays some favorite scenes from them.
The “E.T.” room is set up like Elliott’s bedroom and filled with toys, games, and other merchandise for the film – including the iconic red hoodie. There are also T-shirts, plush, pins, and more gifts to celebrate the film’s 40th anniversary.
The “Jaws” themed room is covered with nautical props and a makeshift ship’s hull set up in the rafters. And, be on the lookout for retro merchandise paying tribute to the park’s past Jaws ride.
In the “Back to the Future” room, you’ll walk through Doc’s gadget-filled garage that’s also full of glow-in-the-dark T-shirts, collectibles, toys, “Outatime” license plates, and more merch.
The fourth and final room in the Tribute Store compiles gifts themed after all three films plus others like “Jurassic Park.” This space is set up like a nostalgic theater concession stand where you can indulge in themed treats and snacks.
Some of those treats include “Jaws” shark tooth chocolate shots and red velvet fishbowl cakes, “Outatime” license plate brownies, and “E.T.” in basket cakes.
The Tribute Store isn’t the only newly themed shop at the Universal parks. The All Hallows Eve Boutique in the Lost Continent area at Islands of Adventure is now themed with a blend of classic Universal Monsters and “Hawaiian flare.”
