Universal Orlando Tribute Store moves with new Mardi Gras theme
Universal Orlando is bringing back the Mardi Gras Tribute Store, but it will be located in a new area. Gone is the previous location next to the Revenge of the Mummy attraction as, this time, the Tribute Store moves to a new spot, where two other offerings just moved out.
This new Tribute Store moves to the Williams of Hollywood and previous Annual Passholder lounge.
On a previous episode of Early Night Live, Ava and Kat explored the Williams of Hollywood location, which sold unique props and merchandise.
Located within an all-new space in the Hollywood area of Universal Studios Florida, this year’s Mardi Gras Tribute Store invites guests to an international jazz celebration. This party leads to the traditional alleyways of New Orleans and ultimately into a speakeasy where the Mardi Gras celebration continues.
Within this upcoming store, guests can shop a new selection of Mardi Gras merchandise, with seasonal items ranging from apparel to accessories and collectibles such as keychains, pins, themed glasses, and even some personalized options. Guests can also devour tasty treats inspired by this year’s celebration within the updated retail location.
Take a look at the 2022 Mardi Gras Float Factory Tribute Store. Between Mardi Gras, the classic summer movie collection, Halloween Horror Nights and holiday overlays, the continually-changing Universal Orlando Tribute Store is always a must-visit for die-hard fans.
I’m aware that the UOAP pass holder lounge will be moving to Islands of Adventure and will be located at the old Betty Boop shop in Toon Lagoon, but I’m curious as to where Universal will be distributing the free monthly magnets to pass holders in USF
Is there any plan for a new lounge at USF?
Yes, we also believe the UOAP Lounge will end up in that location. Our assumption is that the annual pass distribution will be moved to that new location.
