Winter Fest OC returns to Costa Mesa, California with new additions for 2023
Winter Fest OC returns to the OC Fair & Event Center, transforming it into a winter wonderland. Included with general admission is a North Pole Journey, ice tubing, real snow play, and more. This pop-up event is open now through January 7th on select dates.
Very popular among children is the Snow Play tent with real snow. Put on your gloves and snow clothes for a chilling-good time. Take part in a snowball battle, be dragged along the snow in a snow tube, and take a ride down a mini-slide. But don’t let the kids have all of the fun. Step outside the tent and experience nine-lane ice tubing available to guests of all ages.
The North Pole Journey is an approximately 45-minute experience where guests will travel to several different locations, meeting elves and learning lessons along the way. This interactive experience, geared toward children, will delight young ones as they collect their accomplishment stamps along the way.

As you’re driving to Winter Fest OC, your sure to see many homes decked out in holiday décor. But don’t miss out on the Christmas light display on Winter Fest OC’s house façade where holiday lights shine and dance to the beat of the music.
There’s also a character cavalcade that leads to the stage in front of the “house.” The cavalcade ends with a stage show, culminating with a tree lighting ceremony. After the tree is lit, “snow” floats down from above ending in a dance party for guests to join in on.
