‘The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse’ animated shorts coming to Disney+

Mickey Mouse and his pals are heading to Disney+ with an all-new animated shorts series titled “The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse” – just in time for his birthday!

From the team behind the Emmy Award-winning “Mickey Mouse” cartoon shorts, this new Disney+ original series will make its debut on Mickey’s birthday, Wednesday, Nov. 18, with two new shorts dropping every Friday starting Nov. 27. Ten shorts will premiere in 2020, with an additional 10 shorts coming in summer 2021.

In “The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse,” Mickey and his friends will set out on their greatest adventures yet in seven-minute shorts filled with plenty of comedy, new music, and the unique art style from the “Mickey Mouse” shorts. The series will also include stories inspired by lands at the Disney Parks and cameos from classic Disney characters.
