Zootopia attraction construction tops out at Shanghai Disneyland
Today, Shanghai Disney Resort celebrated the structure topping out of the E-Ticket attraction in Shanghai Disneyland’s eighth themed land, Zootopia.
The final steel roof deck of the structure was recently installed, and leaders and representatives from the resort were joined by leaders from the Administrative Commission of Shanghai International Resort and Shanghai Shendi Group, who all signed the final roof deck before it was installed.
As the newest themed land at Shanghai Disneyland, Zootopia will be the first-ever land inspired by the film and will feature a major new attraction that blends Disney storytelling with state-of-the-art technology to bring the fan-favorite movie to life.
The installation of the steel roof deck marked the structure topping out for the attraction, which will fully immerse guests in the mammalian metropolis of Zootopia.
