Goofy and his son Max have been seen waving hello to guests on the balcony above the Hollywood Tower of Terror gift shop since the pandemic, but in a surprise move today, guests are now meeting Max in his Powerline outfit from Disney’s 1995 “A Goofy Movie” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
