Changes coming to Orlando Attractions Magazine

Much like the ever-changing landscape of Orlando’s theme parks and attractions, we always like to keep things new and fresh. We have a few changes we want to let our readers know about.

On the Web

As a visitor to this blog, you may have already noticed we have updated and improved our popular Orlando Attractions Magazine Web site. The site has always been home to exciting videos, photo galleries and a regularly-updated blog and now it’s all even easier to enjoy. 

The home page now features recent attraction news from around Orlando including updates from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. You can also quickly find our latest videos and photos on our new home page. It’s the perfect place to get Orlando theme park and attraction information between issues of Orlando Attractions Magazine.

Recent Changes

We recently began mailing the magazine inside protective bags to keep the issues looking great, no matter how much abuse the weather and postal service dish out.

We are also in the midst of improving the magazine’s look and feel, giving it a better overall flow throughout the articles. Our latest issue (Volume 2, Issue 3) introduced new helpful location guides at the beginning of each article which let you know at a glance exactly where in Orlando you can find the various attractions we’ve written about. 

Beginning with the next issue, you will notice even more improvements:

• Nearly 25 percent more pages, which means more in-depth articles, more eye-catching photos and more of our most popular sections
• Thicker paper, increasing the overall quality of the publication

Better Value and a New Schedule

We have lowered our one-year subscription rate to just $19.99 – less than ever before!

Since our issues will now be thicker and contain more pages, the price of future single copies purchased individually will be $5.99 (plus shipping), so getting a subscription to Orlando Attractions Magazine is still the best value. 

The next issue will simply be called the Summer 2009 issue as we are making the move from a bi-monthly to a quarterly distribution.

In other words, Orlando Attractions Magazine will now be released four times a year. The longer duration between issues allows us more time to prepare and research topics for the articles you’ve come to love as well as provide more pages per issue. Issues to follow will be Fall, Winter and Spring. So while there will be fewer issues released per year, a larger amount of interesting and entertaining new content will fill each one.

If you enjoy the quick news and updates featured on this blog, you will love the in-depth articles featured within the printed pages of the magazine. Looking at our online photo gallery is entertaining, but nothing beats holding the physical magazine featuring high-quality glossy prints of our best photos from every attraction and event we cover.
