Harry Potter’s Butterbeer finally gets a Cinnabon twist — but only for two weeks
Harry Potter fans, Butterbeer Cinnabon menu items are coming soon. The Butterbeer-flavored Cinnabon Classic Roll and Chillatta debut this May for a limited time.

Harry Potter fans have waited all Butterbeer Season for this one. Cinnabon has officially revealed when its long-teased Butterbeer collaboration will land in stores, bringing two limited-time menu items to participating locations this May.
Better late than never: the magic of Harry Potter is officially coming to the Cinnabon bakery. The national brand Cinnabon, in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, has announced it will be the first national restaurant in the U.S. to participate in “Butterbeer Season” by launching two brand-new, limited-time treats inspired by the iconic Harry Potter flavor.
Butterbeer Season
Butterbeer Season has been going on since March 1, when Universal theme parks and many companies began offering limited-time Butterbeer items. When Butterbeer Season 2026 was announced, Harry Potter fans learned that Cinnabon would be part of it. However, those same fans did not get any details about when the Cinnabon Butterbeer menu item would “apparate” to local stores.
Sometimes the sweetest of spells takes a little extra time.
From May 4 through May 17, 2026, guests can visit participating Cinnabon bakeries and Schlotzsky’s locations for two themed treats.

There are two short but magical weeks to visit participating Cinnabon and Schlotzsky’s Deli locations to find the following magic-infused items:

- Butterbeer-flavored Classic Roll: The signature Cinnabon roll is getting a wizarding makeover with Butterbeer-infused frosting. These will be available individually or in CinnaPacks and will be served in custom Harry Potter-themed packaging.
- Butterbeer-flavored Chillatta: For those looking for a cold treat, this creamy, blended beverage combines the distinct Butterbeer flavor with a vanilla base.
“We are thrilled to be the first US restaurant brand to join Butterbeer Season and bring a touch of wizarding world magic to our bakeries,” said Urvi Patel, chief brand officer at Cinnabon. “By pairing our signature cinnamon rolls with the nostalgic flavors of Butterbeer, we’re giving fans a completely new way to experience the iconic flavor.”

Cinnabon is also offering special perks for its loyalty members. Starting May 4, the first 934 guests to enter the code “Platform934” into the Cinnabon app will receive an offer for $2 off a Butterbeer Bon.
Additionally, 50 loyalty members who sign up via the official landing page during the promotional window will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a Harry Potter x Cinnabon shirt. Ten lucky winners will also receive free Classic Rolls for a year. Both new and existing loyalty members can enter the sweepstakes via the designated link from May 4 to May 17.
