Duffy the Disney Bear has a brand-new friend at Hong Kong Disneyland, and her name is as sweet as she is! Cookie, the gold and brown puppy chef, is the newest friend of Duffy to make her debut in the Disney Parks.
Duffy and Cookie met on Main Street, U.S.A., where Cookie lives. His cotton candy and her stack of warm, fluffy waffles went flying into the air when they accidentally bumped into each other, and when Cookie caught them, she came up with a brilliant idea: why not combine her waffles with Duffy’s cotton candy to create a cotton candy waffle sandwich?
And with that recipe, a new friendship was born!
Cookie is now meeting guests at Hong Kong Disneyland, dressed in her finest chef’s hat and pink bow. Joining the likes of ShellieMay, Gelatoni and StellaLou, Cookie is the first friend of Duffy’s to make her official debut at one Kong Disneyland.
When she isn’t in the kitchen creating her newest recipe, she’s giving guests plenty of warm hugs outside “Main Street Cinema: My Journeys with Duffy – Presented by Fujifilm.”
Guests can take home some of Cookie’s sweetness with exclusive themed merchandise, along with a few new treats, including Cookie’s Mango Lagoon, Cookie’s Afternoon Tea Set and Cookie’s Choco Cup, which can be found at the Main Street Corner Café Hosted by Coca-Cola.
