Duffy’s friend CookieAnn gets name update, new welcoming at Disney Parks

Fans of Duffy and Friends will be excited to see that his puppy chef friend Cookie is getting an exciting update: a name change! The character is now known as CookieAnn.

To celebrate the update, the character will be re-introduced through new offerings at Hong Kong Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Shanghai Disney Resort.

Hong Kong Disneyland

A new Bespoke merchandise collection will launch on Oct. 29 at Hong Kong Disneyland, featuring a mix of plush, accessories, apparel, stationery, and homeware. In this new collection, CookieAnn will be the focus in a new pink outfit inspired by her love for cooking. Her new skirt is covered in colorful dessert and snack imagery. The puppy chef will also join Duffy and the rest of their friends in a new Keep Me Warm winter collection, which launches on the same day.

Tokyo DisneySea

Starting Dec. 26, Tokyo DisneySea guests can get their hands on CookieAnn-themed merchandise as well as food and beverage options and a Photo Point. As part of the park’s Heartwarming Days event in January 2020, CookieAnn will join Duffy and Friends in fun activities like her favorite, making waffles. Guests can take part in fun photo locations throughout the Cape Cod area and enjoy fun food and beverage options alongside 40 merchandise items that include waffle makers, cooking scales, other kitchen items, costume sets and plush.

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa and Shanghai Disney Resort

CookieAnn will also make her debut at Aulani and Shanghai Disney Resort! More details on her arrival at both locations will be shared soon.
