Craft Beer Festival at SeaWorld Orlando serves up new brews and bites for 2022
SeaWorld’s Craft Beer Festival returns to the park each Friday-Sunday from August 5-September 5, 2022, with a slew of new beers, cocktails, and food samplings.
The festival will take place starting at noon – which is earlier in the day than ever before – and run through one hour before park closing, and this year it features more than 100 local and domestic beverages, including several from Floridian craft breweries such as Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company, Crooked Can, Motorworks Brewing, and Orange Blossom Brewing Co.

Those who prefer wine or cocktails as their tipple will find several selections, including five new offerings this year.
New wine and cocktail options:
- Blackberry Bramble (Hendrick’s gin, blackberry, lemon).
- Strawberry Frosé (Tito’s vodka, Beso Del Sol rose sangria, strawberry).
- Antarctica Chiller (Orange vodka, Peach Schnapps, lemonade).
- Florida Ave Tangerine Splash Fruited Wheat Ale.
- 3 Daughters Signature Apple Cider.
Guest can also pair their drinks with a boozy festival-inspired bite.
Craft Beer Festival new food samplings and desserts in 2022:
- Sunshine City Dog (All Beef Hot Dog, Sunshine City beer-infused sauerkraut and beer cheese, crispy onions).
- Birria Pork Tacos (Oaxaca cheese, charred green onion, Maduro Guajillo chile broth).
- Oktoberfest Walking Taco (Frito’s, Oktoberfest Märzen beer chili, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, sour cream).
- Slow Braised Beef Short Ribs (Creamy stone grits, crispy shallots, IPA au jus).
- Boozy S’mores (Graham cracker, Hefeweizen marshmallow fluff, chocolate ganache).
- Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie (Milk chocolate, Kentucky bourbon, caramelized pecans).
- Maduro Brown Ale Cupcake (Sponge cake soaked in Jameson simple syrup, Bailey’s Irish buttercream).
SeaWorld’s annual Electric Ocean evening event runs concurrent to the Craft Beer Festival, providing a backdrop of live entertainment and music, dance parties, animal encounters, and a nighttime “Ignite 360” fireworks and fountain spectacular.
The festival and Electric Ocean are included with park admission. Beer, cocktail, and food samplings are extra.
