Dine with celebrity chefs Morimoto and Art Smith during Disney Springs’ Sake & Shine on December 3.

Two of America’s best known celebrity chefs are joining forces on December 3 for the Sake & Shine progressive dining event at Disney Springs, starring Chef Masuharu Morimoto and Chef Art Smith.

The evening will begin at 7:30 p.m. on December 3, outside Morimoto Asia on the second floor terrace, with a three-course Pan-Asian feast that will feature some of the Iron Chef’s favorite dishes of the season. Dishes will include Alaskan King Crab and Nantucket Bay Scallop “Ankake” over crispy noodles, five-spiced braised beef short rib with a Sansho Peppercorn Sauce and Wilted Dou Milao, and a very special sushi course showcasing the very best ingredients from Chef Morimoto’s native, Japan.

Following dinner, guests will take a short walk across the courtyard to Homecoming, where Chef Art Smith will pull out all the stops for a sweet ending to this magical night. Guests will be able to indulge in a Build-Your-Own-Florida-Strawberry-Shortcake-Bar while also enjoying Chef Smith’s signature Hummingbird and Shine Cakes.

The evening will also include a variety of beer, wine, sake and moonshine cocktails throughout.

Tickets are $225 and inclusive of tax and gratuity. Both Chefs Morimoto and Smith will oversee the entire evening and be available for photos and autographs.
