Disney Alumni Homecoming Weekend 2025 itinerary, price, resort discounts
Have you ever completed a Disney College Program or Professional Internship? You’re invited to Disney Alumni Homecoming Weekend 2025.

The Disney Alumni Association, an official Disney-operated network, will host Disney Alumni Homecoming Weekend from Jan. 24-26, 2025 at Walt Disney World near Orlando, Fla.
Disney Alumni Homecoming Weekend 2025 will mark the event’s return after a seven-year absence, having last commenced in 2018. An announced 2021 event was canceled due to the pandemic. Disney announced the event’s return on May 30, 2024.
Registration for Disney Alumni Homecoming Weekend 2025
Disney Alumni Homecoming Weekend 2025 registration will open Sept. 30, 2024 at 10 a.m. EDT. via the Disney Alumni Association.
Registration will cap at 1,500 people.
Price
Disney Alumni Homecoming Weekend 2025 will cost $349. This fee includes access to all special events throughout the weekend. This fee does not include regular theme park admission outside of the special events. This fee also does not include overnight accommodations (but Disney will provide a discount on select resorts; see below).
Previous years’ Homecoming Weekends costed $250, according to the fan-made blog Our Magical Disney Moments.
Who can attend?
As has been the case with previous Homecoming Weekend events, we assume Disney Alumni Homecoming Weekend 2025 will be open to any member of the Disney Alumni Association. This Disney-operated network is free to join for anyone who has completed a Disney program or internship at any Disney destination worldwide (not just Disney World) at any point since the Disney College Program’s 1981 inception.
Plus-ones
Each alumni can register one non-alumni guest if they so choose. The guest must be at least 18 years old, and will require an additional $349 fee.
Itinerary for Disney Alumni Homecoming Weekend 2025
Unless otherwise noted, the following events are all included in the $349 registration price of Disney Alumni Homecoming Weekend 2025.
Friday, Jan. 24
- Morning/afternoon: Event check-in at Disney’s Contemporary Resort (even if you aren’t staying there overnight)
- access to a pop-up store with exclusive Disney Alumni merchandise hosted by Cast Connection
- access to a special room with photo-ops, pin trading, and networking opportunities
- Evening: Semi-formal event at Disney’s Contemporary Resort with a buffet dinner, dancing, and Disney characters
Saturday, Jan. 25
- Morning: Unique Disney Duos Character Palooza (extra fee: $25)
- Evening: Nighttime party with dessert, attractions, and entertainment in Pandora – The World of Avatar at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Sunday, Jan. 26
- Morning: Tour of Flamingo Crossings, the current DCP Housing complex (free tour, but extra sign-up required)
Beyond the activities listed above, attendees can explore the Walt Disney World theme parks at their own leisure (and on their own dime).
All Disney Alumni Weekend 2025 attendees will receive a commemorative t-shirt, bag, and lanyard.
Discount on Disney resort hotels for Alumni Weekend attendees
Disney has set aside a discounted block of hotel rooms for Disney Alumni Homecoming Weekend 2025 attendees. Event-goers can book a room at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside for $229 per night or a room at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge for $329 per night. That’s quite the deal, as currently the Disney World website displays rooms for that weekend as starting at $353 for Riverside and $500 per night for Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Attendees are, of course, welcome to stay elsewhere, but those are the only two resorts that will offer an event discount. The discounted Disney resort hotel rooms will be first-come, first-serve and will be available for booking once registration launches for the event on Sept. 30.

I’m trying to register but the site says it down for maintenance! did it crash or is it truly undergoing maintenance??
I was a graduate of the 1990 college program, I understand there is a reunion at the end of January 2025, is this only for 1990 graduates or for anyone that has completed the program over the past since 1981? Reason I’m asking is there a limited number that can attend, I believe 1500 and guests, that seems extremely limited over 43 years. I look forward to your response.
