The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is set to return to the Disneyland Resort with innovative food, beverages, and more with a Disney twist.
From Feb. 28 – April 21, guests can enjoy California-inspired cuisine and specialty beverages, along with cooking demonstrations, seminars, music, entertainment and more. This year’s festival will see Disney chefs share personal stories through their offerings, as Disney storytelling comes to life in a new way.
The Festival Marketplaces will serve up dishes inspired by key California ingredients alongside refreshing beverages from across the region. Avocado Time, Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo and Nuts About Cheese will be among the returning favorites. Guests 21 and over will have the chance to discover locally-brewed craft beers, wine and spirits from all over the state.
On the Backlot Stage in Hollywood Land, guests can enjoy Family Time with Chef Daniella Malfitano, Discover California seminars, and chef demonstrations by Disney and celebrity chefs. Celebrity chefs visiting this year include David Burtka, Richard Blais, Jamie Gwen, Jet Tila, and Wing Lam.
Younger chefs can join the fun with the Junior Chef experience with Chef Goofy, available on select days during the festival. Kids ages 3-11 will team up with Chef Goofy as they follow a recipe for a tasty treat. Other family-friendly entertainment will also be offered, like the Jammin’ Chefs, craft stations, and other lively performances.
Guests will also be able to pick up a new line of festival merchandise, including festival-themed headwear and apparel, kitchen gadgets, and décor. Select Downtown Disney District locations will also get in on the fun with festival-inspired food and beverage offerings.
