Disney cast members can exchange park tickets for Disney+ subscription

Disney employees will soon be able to choose between two magical perks of the job: a bundled subscription for Disney+, or a Disney Parks Main Entrance Pass.

Starting in January 2020, eligible full-time and part-time cast members will be able to choose between the Main Entrance Pass and the Disney+ bundle, which includes Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu with ads, valued at $12.99 per month.

The Main Entrance Pass allows a cast member to get their family and friends into the Disney Parks for free a set number of times each year.

No matter what option the cast members choose, those eligible will still receive complimentary park tickets each year, and they will still be able to enjoy self-admission to the U.S. Disney Parks. Cast members will be able to adjust their choices annually.
