Disney magic is coming to L.A. for ‘Encanto at the Hollywood Bowl’
The magical Madrigal family will be taking the stage at the iconic Hollywood Bowl for “Encanto at the Hollywood Bowl,” a live concert event with a special introduction by Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Fans of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Academy Award-winning movie can see the original all-star voice cast perform live at the Hollywood Bowl on Nov. 11 and 12, 2022. For those who can’t attend in person, the two performances will be filmed for an all-new original special available to stream only on Disney+ on Dec. 28, 2022.
“‘Encanto,’ the film, has connected with people in so many important and wonderful ways, and playing Mirabel was an incredibly powerful and life-changing experience,” says Stephanie Beatriz. “I’m beyond thrilled to perform these beautiful songs live, along with my fellow ‘Encanto’ cast, in one of the most iconic concert venues in the world.”
“Encanto at the Hollywood Bowl” will turn the historic Hollywood Bowl into the magical Madrigal casita for an unprecedented concert spectacular starring Stephanie Beatriz as Mirabel, Adassa as Dolores, Carolina Gaitán as Pepa, Jessica Darrow as Luisa, Diane Guerrero as Isabela, Mauro Castillo as Félix, Angie Cepeda as Julieta, and Olga Merediz as Abuela Alma along with special guests, including legendary Colombian superstars and multiple Latin Grammy winners Carlos Vives and Andrés Cepeda.

The live-to-film concert experience will also feature an 80-person orchestra led by conductor Anthony Parnther and accompanied by Colombian musicians from the original soundtrack, 50 dancers, and special effects that celebrate the world, characters, and songs of Disney Animation’s “Encanto,” including fan-favorites “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” and “Surface Pressure.”
