Disney shares first look at food and drinks coming to Connections Café at Epcot
Epcot will soon open a new quick-service restaurant, and Disney Parks Blog shared new artist renderings of the space as well as first look photos of the menu. Connections Café and Eatery is set to open in spring 2022, revamping the space where the Electric Umbrella restaurant used to be.
Connections is also a “sister shop” of sorts to the Creations store, which is situated next door in the new World Celebration area of Epcot.
In the menu reveal, Disney said Connections Eatery’s food and decor style is inspired by cultures from around the world fused with “true Epcot fashion.”
“As part of World Celebration, where we embrace coming together and enjoying the magic of possibility, the purpose of Connections Eatery is to show us how food has the power to bring us together if we open our minds (and our stomachs)!” according to the blog post.
Connections will also feature stations where you can watch the chefs in action, including seeing desserts get final touches and pizza makers working pizza dough. And, the restaurant is also the future spot for the park’s new permanent Starbucks. The coffee house will adhere to the same bright and colorful theming as Connections and Creations.

Thanks for the menu update
I was really looking forward to seeing this
Some of the food items sound a little too adventurous for me but I will definitely give the Cafe a shot on my upcoming summer trip
