Disneyland announces California resident summer ticket offer
Summertime is the perfect time to visit the Happiest Place on Earth, and now California residents can make the most of it, thanks to a new limited-time Disneyland summer ticket offer.

For a limited time, California residents within zip codes 90000-96199 can visit the Disneyland Resort for as low as $83 per person per day with this special summer ticket offer. The 3-Day, 1-Park per day tickets start at $249 for admission on Mondays through Thursdays and $299 for any day (including weekends). The Park Hopper option can be added for $60.
The limited-time California resident summer tickets are available for purchase starting today, May 31, 2022, and can be redeemed on any three eligible days from June 13-Sept. 15, 2022 (subject to park reservation availability).
Valid admission and park reservation for the same park on the same date is required for park entry, and proof of eligible residency (including valid government-issued photo ID) is required for purchase and admission.
Here are some of the things guests can experience with the Disneyland summer ticket offer:
“Main Street Electrical Parade” – The fan-favorite parade is celebrating its 50th anniversary year with a new grand finale float featuring more than a dozen classic and modern Disney and Pixar characters.
“Disneyland Forever” – Back for a limited time, this nighttime spectacular transforms several locations at Disneyland park into magical canvases for the street-to-sky celebration featuring music, fireworks, immersive projections, and other special effects.
“Fantasmic!” – Mickey’s imagination comes to life on The Rivers of America in Disneyland as he faces Disney’s most dastardly villains, including Maleficent as a 45-foot, fire-breathing dragon! Celebrating its 30th anniversary, Disney’s longest-running nighttime spectacular features live performers, Disney characters, enhanced special effects, and pyrotechnics.
“World of Color” – Favorite Disney and Pixar stories illuminate the water at Disney California Adventure as scenes and music are projected onto a mist screen, accompanied by lights, lasers, and fountains.
“Tale of the Lion King” – Disneyland park welcomes this original, story-theatre adaptation of Disney’s “The Lion King” to the Fantasyland Theatre, where The Storytellers of the Pride Lands use dialogue, song, dance, and live percussion to re-enact the tale of how a lion cub becomes a king.
“Celebrate Soulfully” – Guests can celebrate Black Music Month from June 1–July 4, 2022, with live music performances in the Downtown Disney District, including jazz, R&B, Funk, Motown, doo-wop, and a DJ on weekend afternoons in June at the Downtown Disney Live stage. Plus, guests can enjoy creole cuisine at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen, discover new favorites from local Black-owned food trucks in Downtown Disney, and listen to the sounds of island music performed live daily at the GCH Craftsman Bar at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
In addition, The Soul of Jazz: An American Adventure exhibit that illustrates the legacy and dynamic history of jazz will be in the building adjacent to the Star Wars Trading Post in Downtown Disney for a limited time. The complimentary exhibit features Joe Gardner – the musician, mentor, and star of “Soul” – who takes guests on a musical tour across America.
