Disneyland Paris to participate in Patrimony Days, celebrating French culture and heritage

For the first time since the park’s opening, Disneyland Paris will participate in Patrimony Days, a national celebration of French culture and heritage.

On Sept. 15-16, guests will see the park in a new light with a new experience that focuses on history, architecture, gastronomy, and local artisanal trades. In addition to special guided tours put on just for the event, a mobile app will be developed to help guests learn more about the inspiration behind Disneyland Park in an interactive way. The app will be available for the two days of the event only, on iOS and Android.

References to European and French culture are abundant at Disneyland Paris and can be found nearly everywhere. From the fairy tales that inspired classic Disney films, the architectural style that honors French sites, or the art of food that is represented in over 60 restaurants.

More information regarding the special Patrimony Days tours will be released at a later date. These tours will be available through pre-registration only.
