Duffy and Friends Play Days brings new show, play house to Hong Kong Disneyland

From April 1 through June 22, 2023, Disney is pulling out all the stops with Duffy, ShellieMay, and their pals. The Main Street Train Station will even debut a Duffy floral for the occasion.

Here are some of the highlights:

Duffy and Friends Play House

At the Plaza Grounds, guests can experience Duffy and Friends Play House, a new walk through experience inspired by the recent Duffy stop-motion shorts.

The Play House will serve as a dedicated spot to meet one character at at time from the “Duffy” family in their new springtime attire. Separate admission is required to enter the Play House.

StellaLou’s Wonderful Wishes Ballet

In partnership with the Hong Kong Ballet, Hong Kong Disneyland will present StellaLou’s Wonderful Wishes Ballet. The 30-minute show will perform several times daily April 5-10 and 14-16, 2023, inside Disney’s Storybook Theater in Fantasyland.

Reserved seating and dining packages for StellaLou’s Wonderful Wishes Ballet are available for purchase. One seating option comes with a pin depicting StellaLou’s ballet shoes. Special merchandise commemorates the new show, including a ballet costume.

Duffy and Friends Play Days merchandise

Tons of adorable new merchandise is available for the event, with many products sold through Hong Kong Disneyland’s eStore.

For starters, new Duffy items welcome spring, from accessories to colorful outfits — for you and for your Duffy plush toys.

A special headband lets guests customize with two of any given Duffy and Friends character.

Disney also launched a Mickey-themed springtime collection.

Duffy and Friends Fans Day

To kick off the season, Hong Kong Disneyland will host “Duffy and Friends Fans Day” on March 31, 2023, one day before Duffy and Friends Play Days officially begins.

Fans can register to be among the first to experience the walk-through Play House.
