Free FuelRod charger swaps to continue being offered at Disney Parks
Last week, we reported that FuelRod swapping would soon include a $3 at Disney parks. Today, Disney has confirmed this change will not be implemented at this time.
For the time being, guests at Walt Disney World and Disneyland can swap their portable chargers at FuelRod’s owned and operated kiosks in the parks at no extra cost.
This news comes just after a class-action lawsuit was filed against FuelRod’s parent company for implementing swap charges after advertising that customers could get “unlimited swaps free” in their marketing and on the kiosks themselves.
We have reached out to FuelRod for comment, but have not heard back as of the time of this reporting.

Very nice! They seem to be doing the right thing in fulfilling the original agreement when purchasing the Fuel Rod.
Look what happens when the customers cry foul over this policy… although it remains to be seen if other places will charge for swapping.
