‘Frozen 2’ making-of docuseries coming to Disney+ this summer

A new docuseries called “Into the Unknown: Making Frozen 2” is coming to Disney+ this summer, with all six episodes dropping on June 26.

“Into the Unknown” will see the cast and creative team, including artists and technicians, working on the film leading up to its debut. Fans will get to see all the creative strides and hurdles along the way.

Interviews with directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, producer Peter Del Vecho, and songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez are expected to be included.

The series will also show the voiceover recording booths with Idina Menzel (Elsa), Kristen Bell (Anna), Josh Gad (Olaf), Jonathan Groff (Kristoff), Sterling K. Brown (Lieutenant Mattias), and Evan Rachel Wood (Queen Iduna).

“Frozen 2” was added to Disney+ early this past March as a surprise from Disney due to the ongoing global health crisis.
