Stay in a Garfield room at select Motel 6 locations for a limited time
Bundle up in a pizza blanket and rest your head on a donut pillow in a room inspired by “The Garfield Movie” at Motel 6.

The rooms feature Garfield and Odie plush toys, framed portraits of Garfield and pals, and orange everything, all in honor of “The Garfield Movie.” The film hits theaters May 24, 2024 from Columbia Pictures and Alcon Entertainment.

Pets Stay Free at Motel 6
As an ambassador of pets and a reminder that pets stay free at all Motel 6 locations, Garfield has been named the first-ever Chief Pet Officer of Motel 6. He’s already got some ideas for big changes he’s going to make now that he’s in charge.

“I love seeing myself on the big screen,” said Garfield, “so I figured, hey, let’s double down on my big break and take a new position as the first-ever Chief Pet Officer for Motel 6. As you’ll see in my new movie, I know first-hand how good it feels to be welcomed with a nice place to sleep.”
More Movie-Themed Stays
“The Garfield Movie” isn’t the only film in the news this week for inspiring an overnight accommodation. Airbnb announced rental properties inspired by “Up,” “X-Men ’97,” and more.
