Roller Coaster Rodeo returning to Six Flags Fiesta Texas for 2024

Roller Coaster Rodeo — a weekend of behind-the-scenes tours and after-hours rides — will take place June 7-9, 2024 at Six Flags Fiesta Texas.

Roller Coaster Rodeo 2024

The annual event first debuted in 2021 at the San Antonio, Texas amusement park. From special presentations with park personnel to themed meals to sneak peeks into Six Flags’ future, Roller Coaster Rodeo attendees can expect an itinerary of exclusive experiences.

Roller Coaster Rodeo 2024 will feature guided tours behind the scenes at the following attractions:

Iron Rattler
Pirates of the Deep Sea
Poltergeist
Superman: Krypton Coaster
Zaragoza Theatre

Guests will also tour the park’s back-of-house maintenance area and the construction site for the upcoming DC Universe attractions.

For an extra fee, attendees can walk the lift hill and climb the block brake of the Dr. Diabolical’s Cliffhanger roller coaster.

A Packed Weekend

Beyond guided tours, Roller Coaster Rodeo also features after-hours access to Six Flags Fiesta Texas — during which attendees will experience two Fright Fest haunted houses, Buried Alive and Slaughterhouse 6, outside of the Halloween season — and early-access hours at Hurricane Harbor San Antonio water park.

As guests explore Six Flags on their own in between the weekend’s structured events, they’ll receive VIP ride access, reserved seating for shows, entry into lounges, and admission to the water park.

Roller Coaster Rodeo Tickets

Tickets are now available for Roller Coaster Rodeo 2024.

Guests can purchase a one-day event ticket for $80 or a three-day event ticket for $100.

Park admission to Six Flags Fiesta Texas is required, and is not included with the event ticket price. Single-day Six Flags Fiesta Texas park tickets range from $45-$50 during the event weekend. Season passes start at $59.

Attendees wanting to add the Dr. Diabolical’s lift-hill walk to their itinerary can do so for an extra $15. The experience will appear as an add-on option during check-out.

More Events at Six Flags Fiesta Texas

Roller Coaster Rodeo is one of several special events taking place at Six Flags Fiesta Texas this summer. Summer Nights Spectacular will feature live entertainment, fireworks, and drones on Saturdays from May 25 – Aug. 10, 2024. An after-hours Pride Celebration will be hosted at Hurricane Harbor San Antonio on June 15 and 22, 2024.
