This evil event takes place at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom on select nights now through July 10. The mayhem runs from 9 p.m. to midnight or 10 p.m. – 1 a.m., depending on the date. From the new nighttime entertainment to the brand-new food and treats, you’ve never been to a Disney After Hours event like this before.

Guests can check-in as early as 7 p.m. to get a jump on the frightful fun and gather all of their friends to pose for those shocking selfies, or maybe grab some coffee at Starbucks to gear up for the dance parties.

But don’t forget to grab an event map when you enter, where you can find all the tips and tricks you need to know for what’s offered during this three-hour event. I personally love being in the hub and having the clock strike 9 p.m. to have the villains welcome you to their takeover.

No need to stress about wait times or making sure you have enough time to enjoy all that this event has to offer, because when I attended on Feb. 7, I waited no more than 15 minutes for an attraction, including Space Mountain and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.

Feeling hungry but just want to grab a sweet treat? No worries! During the Disney After Hours events, you can snack away on all your classic Disney favorites, including Mickey Premium Ice Cream bars at no extra cost. If you are looking for a drink, I suggest heading over to Cheshire Cat Café to try the Hearts on Fire. When the cast member hands you the drink, you can quite literally hear the cracking of the fire (pop rocks). It tasted like an upscale fruit punch, so it’s an amazing option for younger guests as well!

This year, Disney has enhanced the entertainment with more malevolent music, because who doesn’t love dance parties at Cinderella Castle? Although this event does not include character meet and greets, you can see all your favorite villains in the “Villains Unite the Night” stage show and, new for this year, the Villains’ Cursed Caravan cavalcade.

During “Villains Unite the Night,” you come face to face with the king of the underworld, Hades, and his special guest Meg. The Fates have informed Hades of a prophecy and he is determined to see it comes true and gain all the power in the universe. Not everything is as it seems, as four other foul friends have heard about the same prophecy… but you’ll have to attend to see how it ends.

Villains’ Cursed Caravan is a small parade that starts in Frontierland and makes its way to the hub. Villain appearances include sea witch Ursula, Cruella DeVil, Oogie Boogie, and more. A sight I have never seen that quite literally swept me off my feet was seeing Gaston on horseback.
