‘Nightmare Fuel: Nocturnal Circus’ show coming to Halloween Horror Nights
A new variation of the “Nightmare Fuel” show entitled “Nocturnal Circus” will debut during Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando.

Live show at Halloween Horror Nights
New at Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights 2024 will be the live show “Nightmare Fuel: Nocturnal Circus.” This marks the fourth iteration of the “Halloween Nightmare Fuel” show, which first debuted in 2021.

In announcing the new Halloween Horror Nights show on social media, Universal said, “Step right up to a dark circus, a new nightmare that carries with it a sinister curse. It’s a thrilling spectacle of pyro and aerialists.”
Though Universal did not mention a specific venue for “Nightmare Fuel: Nocturnal Circus,” previous versions of the show performed in Universal Studios Florida’s amphitheater in between Men In Black: Alien Attack and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley. The venue was formerly home to other Halloween Horror Nights shows such as “Academy of Villains,” as well as the long-running, ever-changing “Bill & Ted” satire show. The amphitheater has been exclusively used for HHN in recent years. The space’s former daytime tenant, “Fear Factor Live,” closed with the onset of the pandemic in March 2020 and never reopened.

HHN will return to Universal Studios Florida at Universal Orlando Resort select nights Aug. 30 – Nov. 3, 2024.
