Displays include very early sketches and sculptures of the ride’s original concept and original design ideas for the walk-through attraction that the Haunted Mansion was once going to be.

In the gallery, guests will see some ideas that were never used, but inspired the Mansion that everyone knows and loves today. Among some of these are portraits originally designed for the Portrait Hallway in the attraction, featuring Dracula and Daphne from the Greek myth of Daphne and Apollo.

In the center of the exhibit, figures that were created as models for the actual ghosts in the attraction today are on display.
