Starting Oct. 2, the Palais du Cinéma (home of Impressions de France) in Epcot’s France pavilion will close for refurbishment as it adds two new offerings for guests.
As previously announced, the new “Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along” will join the France pavilion’s iconic film in January 2020. To get ready for this new offering, an upgraded digital projection system is being added. The gallery in the theater’s pre-show area will also get a new exhibit.
As a result of this refurbishment, viewings of Impressions de France will be unavailable, as well as the Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure stop inside the pre-show area. The Palais du Cinéma will reopen after the new year to debut the new “Beauty and the Beast” offering and pre-show exhibit.
