The Incredibles’ house will be part of Disney’s Palm Springs neighborhood
The Incredibles’ house will inspire a section of Cotino, the neighborhood Disney is developing near Palm Springs.

Parr House at Cotino
Walt Disney Imagineering is building the Incredibles’ house, but not in a theme park. The Parr House — home of Helen, Bob, Violet, Dash, and Jack-Jack Parr, aka the Incredibles — will open in 2025 within Cotino, the first “Storyliving by Disney” community. The future Disney-designed neighborhood in Rancho Mirage, Calif. near Palm Springs will contain over 300 homes.

Disney shared new concept art for the Incredibles’ house in Cotino on Sept. 16, 2024, following the location’s original announcement in 2023.
The Parr House will be a home base of sorts for the neighborhood’s Artisan Club, offering members a space for special events, dining, programs, and classes. Members will have the opportunity to occasionally stay overnight in the Parr House, but the building will not be a permanent residence for any homeowner.

For construction of the Incredibles’ house in particular, Disney is collaborating with Davidson Communities (one of three companies building the various homes and features of Cotino).
A second Storyliving community, Asteria, is planned to be located near Raleigh, N.C. in later years.

Cotino is not in Palm Springs. It’s more than 10 miles away and several towns over. It’s a half-hour drive away.
