Jaleo in Disney Springs hosts Flamenco Fridays
Jaleo by José Andrés in Disney Springs invites you to enjoy Flamenco Fridays, when authentic Spanish food will be paired with authentic flamenco dancing performances every Friday in June.
UPDATE: Flamenco Fridays at Jaleo Disney Springs have extended to last throughout July.
A Night Out at Disney Springs
As part of Flamenco Fridays, dancers will begin performing each Friday in June 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at Jaleo by José Andrés, a tapas restaurant in Disney Springs.
Diners can munch and sip on items like:
- Tortilla de patatas — Omelet with potatoes and onions
- Lubina a la pobre (pictured above) — Roasted Branzino with potatoes, olive oil, and fresh herbs
- Grilled paellas
- Sangrias, cocktails, and wine
The restaurant also just unveiled a host of other new menu items last month.

Jaleo by José Andrés is located in the West Side district of Disney Springs, near Splitsville. Guests driving themselves should park in the Orange garage for closest proximity to Jaleo.
