Disney Springs’ newest restaurant now has an opening date.

Guests can now dine at this brand-new restaurant starting March 17 at Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs. This opening marks the fifth Jaleo location in the U.S., the first to open in Florida, and the largest Jaleo to date.

Jaleo at Disney Springs will feature a menu of tapas that reflects both traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine, along with sangrias and a selection of Spanish wines. Menu highlights include a variety of authentic paellas cooked over a wood-fire paella pit, hand-carved Jamon Iberico de Bellota and wood-grilled Iberico pork, Gambas al ajillo, shrimp sautéed with garlic and chili, and Pollo Croquetas.

The restaurant’s front corner will offer Pepe by José Andrés, the first brick-and-mortar location for the chef’s popular Spanish food truck. Pepe will offer a variety of Spanish sandwiches, as well as gazpacho and salads to-go. This quick-service stop will also offer Spanish sangria, complete with sangria ice cubes to avoid dilution of the drink.

Jaleo at Disney Springs will be open for dinner starting March 17, with lunch service to begin later in the month. Pepe will be open for lunch and dinner starting March 17. To make a reservation, call (321) 348-3211.
