Malibu Barbie Café pops up in New York and Chicago
The Malibu Barbie Café themed pop-up restaurant is open now in New York and debuts June 7, 2023, in Chicago, presenting a fun new way for Barbie fans to experience Mattel’s iconic fashion doll.
The family-friendly immersive fast-casual restaurant concept is inspired by Malibu Barbie’s breezy lifestyle and was created by Bucket Listers, the brand behind the nostalgic Saved by the Max, The Golden Girls Kitchen, and The Peach Pit pop-up experiences.

Malibu Barbie Café Menu
The menu created by Master Chef semi-finalist Becky Brown includes the Beach Burger, Pacific Paradise Rainbow Pancakes, The Golden Coast Cali-flower Bowl, and Good Vibes beet hummus with marinated tomato and cucumber. The curated cocktail menu features a Think Pink Margarita, Beach Mojito, and Groovy Arnold Palmer.
The restaurant also features sunny beachside decor, exclusive merchandise, a Malibu Barbie time capsule, and signature photo ops, including a life-sized Barbie box.

Tickets for Malibu Barbie Café
Early bird pricing is $22-30 for kids and $39-$49 for adults (pricing based on dates and times). Every ticket purchase includes a reserved seat and a guaranteed 90-minute window to dine. Tickets are available now exclusively through Bucket Listers.
