Even more new dining is coming to Downtown Disney as the expansion and reimagination of the shopping and dining district continues at the Disneyland Resort.

Disneyland Resort has revealed several new dining options will be located at the district’s west end in the all-new Parkside Market – Seoul Sister, Sip & Sonder, GG’s Chicken Shop.

These join the previously-announced Din Tai Fung (known for soup dumplings and noodles); Paseo and Céntrico serving Mexican cuisine from Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán; and the popular California-Cuban Porto’s Bakery and Café (taking over the space currently occupied by Earl of Sandwich).

In addition, a new outdoor second-story bar will offer signature craft cocktails and mocktails using local ingredients, including frozen lemonades, frozés, espresso martinis, shareable cocktails, and spirit-free elixirs.

  • Seoul Sister – The fast-casual eatery’s Korean-forward menu from Executive Chef Kelly Kim is based on bibimbap (Korean rice bowls) with a California twist, with marinated meats, vegetables, and savory sauces over rice, noodles or salad, plus appetizers, an Asian-inspired breakfast menu, and hand-crafted drinks.
  • Sip & Sonder – Recognized as one of the best cafés in L.A. by the Los Angeles Times, Sip & Sonder (from founders Amanda-Jane Thomas and Shanita Nicholas) will offer signature lattes, fresh treats, frozen drinks, and Caribbean-inspired bites.
  • GG’s Chicken Shop – Founded by James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm and Michelin Star Chef Partner Lee Wolen, the family-friendly GG’s Chicken Shop will serve chicken sandwiches, salads, and classic dinner table sides. The Downtown Disney location will be GG’s first on the West Coast (the other location is in Chicago).

Later this year, Downtown Disney’s west end will also welcome a new stage and lawn for special events, activities, and entertainment featuring a sculptural tower designed by Nikkolas Smith that honors California’s mid-century modern architectural history.
